Argentinian Marinated Mixed Olives

Rinse the olives in water to remove the brine and drain.

In a bowl, mix the herbs, garlic, chilli and paprika with a good glug of olive oil.

Add the mixed olives and toss to combine.

Can be enjoyed at room temperature, or gently heated to serve warm.

These marinated olives are perfect for adding to an antipasti plate, and have a lovely kick to them thanks the chilli and garlic. For best results, gently warm them with the marinade in a frying pan to extract the most of their flavour!
