Our mate Luke is a hospitality veteran with over 25 years experience as a highly regarded head chef. Like many people this year, Luke found himself pivoting to a new creative venture which we are thrilled to now be stocking online and instore.
The Garlic Company is based on the Mornington Peninsula and is where Luke grows, ferments and produces an incredible range of garlic products including Black Garlic Bulbs. Black garlic is the result of a slow fermentation process that takes fresh bulbs and transforms them into sweet, umami-packed flavour bombs.
The uses are endless: add it to your favourite dressings, BBQ marinates, breads, pizza, stuffings and more.
