Introducing our Black Olive Powder, a chef favourite, for you to use at home!

It is ideal as a replacement for salt and can be sprinkled onto tomatoes, avocado, scrambled eggs, fish, chicken or pizza, or any other food for an olive flavour. It can also be used as a flavouring during cooking. The olive dust is so versatile and brings a great salty and umami flavour to almost any dish. 

This is an absolute labour of love for us - each delicious bag of magic dust is made from 1.5 kilos of fresh olives, rinsing, squeezing and a few long stints in the oven to dehydrate and then milling to get it the perfect consistency. You will love it as much as we do!
