Our Falafel Mix a traditional Middle Eastern recipe made with chickpeas from the Wimmera. Believing that fresh ingredients such as onion and parsley are always best fresh, we have provided the dry ingredients (simply; ground chickpeas, salt, cumin and coriander seed) so that all that is required is to add water, a diced onion & parsley. The falafels can be shallow fried in the pan or fried traditionally in olive oil. They're also fantastic cooked on the BBQ!
