Ingredients

70ml Great Ocean Road Guvvos Gin

10ml Maidenii Dry Vermouth

Mount Zero Green Olives in Brine Pouch (+10ml olive brine)

Method

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail mixing jug, cover with ice and stir until dilution is just right. 

Double strain into a chilled martini glass. 

Garnish with Mount Zero Green Olives in Brine.
