Yuzu Miso Dressing

Ingredients

2 tablespoon Yuzu Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

4 tablespoons Koji and Co Chickpea Shiro Miso

2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar

Method

Mix ingredients in a small bowl and use for any kind of leafy salad, avocado, tofu or simmered daikon. Also great with steamed chicken or pork!
