Spicy Red Lentil Meatballs

500g Beef Mince 3/4 cup
Mt Zero Burger Mix 1 egg
Handful of fresh herbs (basil, parsley or coriander etc – dried herbs can do the job, but fresh is best)
1 fresh tomato, diced
1 onion finely diced
Squirt of BBQ sauce Squirt of tomato sauce


Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Roll into balls and refrigerate until time to cook. This helps them stay together when cooked. Fry in a pan with some Mt Zero Extra Virgin Olive Oil until cooked through.

You can use these meatballs in any recipe that calls for them, but they’re tasty enough on their own with some dipping sauce.
