Our Melbourne Food and Wine Festival | 2016

Once again the MFWF was fondly embraced by many thousands of Victorian's wanting to experience the food, chefs and spaces that make Melbourne and Victoria the food and wine hub it has become. Our involvement in the 2016 MFWF was focused on some incredible events and experiences, many which we happily engage in year in-year out.

The Bank of Melbourne World's Longest Lunch was an amazing event with our organic olive oil being liberally applied to Guy Grossi's delicious three-course lunch. Over 1,600 people were in attendance with over 500m of long table running down the Albert Park F1 pit straight!

The Masterclass sessions are one of our favourite events to involved with - seeing the world's top chefs use our products is a huge buzz! Pierre Koffmann, Matt Preston, May Chow, Adam D'Sylva and Derek Damman, among other were onstage, sharing the spotlight with our oils and salts.

Our Dryland Feast long table lunch at the grove as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival was huge success. The culinary touch of Grampians local and former Movida executive chef, Jimmy Campbell was on show and the Best's Wines were fully embraced!

Rounding out our MFWF 2016 we attended the Flemington Racecourse for the Flemington Grazing trail, serving our famous Mezze Box to the hungry punters. We enlisted the talents of Oakridge's executive chef Matt Stone to develop the salad component and expertly paired his creation with our falafel and lentil burgers and mixed olives.
