Straight to the Source - Grampians Graze

Have you ever experienced the thrill of a truffle hunt? Eaten an oyster plucked straight from the sea? Hand-harvested pink lake salt? Foraged for pine mushrooms?

Straight To The Source deliver unforgettable experiences to food service professionals - discovering some of Australia’s finest ingredients and exploring its most exciting food destinations.

In 2016 Straight to the Source are turning their focus to our backyard - The Wimmera and Grampians region! We will be taking the group to our grove for a discussion on bio-dynamic farming and onto the Pink Lake to learn about our approach to sustainable harvest and collaboration with the local indigenous community.

Further activities over an action-packed two days include visiting a legumes grower, foraging for native edible plants, visiting a fifth-generation genuine free-range pig farm, and visiting one of Australia’s most exemplary kitchen gardens.

If you would like to book this amazing experience for yourself or a staff member, head over to the Straight to the Source website for more information
