Zero Waste Warehouse Market: Plastic Free July edition

IT'S ON! We’re back again on the last Saturday in July - perfect timing to celebrate the end of Plastic Free July!

Our full range of NEW SEASON extra virgin olive oil is now flowing directly from our tanks, and we’re all stocked up on olives, grains, pulses, salts and other organic and biodynamic goodies (including our dry cured kalamatas, which many of you have been asking for!) 

So BYO bags, bottles and containers, because it’s time to stock up – waste free! 

From the Mount Zero range, you’ll find:

  • New season Arbequina, Picual, Frantoio and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Our new Yuzu Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Naturally fermented olives including Kalamata, Manzanilla and Ligurian 
  • Locally grown pulses and grains, including Quinoa, Persian Red Lentils, French Style Green Lentils, Chickpeas and more
  • Mineral-rich, hand-harvested Pink Lake Salt from Dimboola

Additional stallholders joining us on the day will include:

  • Pasta, lavosh and pastries from the Grampians’ Great Western Granary, including their truly zero-waste grape marc flour products (the skins and solids left over from winemaking) – a must-try! – as well as their new native Mountain Pepper pasta, and a selection of sweet treats
  • Coffee beans from Market Lane(sold by weight), plus coffee to get your Saturday moving and grooving (BYO Keep Cup or borrow a Returnr!)
  • Saeko Iida from Koji & Co with her range of miso and shio koji, made from Mount Zero organic chickpeas and Pink Lake Salt 
  • Artisan sourdough from Girls on Bread
  • Cured meats from Bundarra Berkshires
  • Sauces, condiments and Truffle Toasties from Little Wing
