New Pink Lake Salts launching today!

After much testing, tasting and trialing we are launching three brand new delicious salt mixes! The new creations include:

Glenelg River Herbs: Rosemary, Oregano and Thyme sourced from Victoria's own Grampians

Australian Native Pepper Berries: Sustainably harvested from Tasmanian rainforests, the herbaceous berry is packed with antioxidants and flavour

Roasted Kalamata Olives: Infused with Mount Zero's own pitted organic Kalamata Olives

We've also created a smart new 150ml ceramic grinder to house the new and original (Sea Kelp and Chilli) salt mixes.

Maintaining our commitment to ethical harvesting, we've again partnered with the Pink Lake's original land owners, as represented by the Barengi Gadjin Land Council. Through sun drying, hand harvesting and not processing or refining our salt, we are able to maintain the pure quality of this wonderfully natural resource.
